When you place an order from Avila's Pro Shop you won't get good service you will get excellent service. We expect you to ask questions about our quality and how each product is used and cared for.

We check our email typically three to four times a day. If you order from the internet or call your order in and we have the product in stock it will be shipped the next business day. We offer Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day, and UPS ground shipments. Most products will be shipped UPS, but we do offer Fedex, and USPS.

Our business hours are from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm. Mountain Time. If you get our voice mail, leave your phone number and a brief message and we will return your inquiry promptly.

If your order involves custom work, depending on how custom, we require a deposit of 50% of the custom order. Saddles require a deposit of $1000.00 US. The time frame may vary if we are having custom silver or custom leather tooling done on your item. Typically, allow 12 weeks on saddles, and on custom blankets allow 4 weeks. All other custom items allow 4 weeks. The balance owed will be due upon completion of the custom item.
